Weekend Lifesaver – Thank You, Zack & Glenn Aire!We can’t say enough great things about our experience with Zack from Glenn Aire! Our A/C stopped working on a weekend—right when we had company over—and Zack came out promptly and absolutely saved the day.He took his time and did some serious troubleshooting to get our system back up and running. He was kind, courteous, and incredibly professional. Even with a house full of guests, he was respectful, accommodating, and made the whole experience stress-free.Zack went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find service like this, especially on a weekend. We would HIGHLY recommend Glenn Aire, and a special thank you again to Zack for the top-notch service!

Justin M. came out to our house yesterday and did a fantastic job helping us. He was highly professional, an expert in his work and very personable. He was able to identify our problem (The installer, Arthur Hagar, left a manual in the equipment, right next to our furnace!). A potentially hazardous situation, but Justin identified the problem and removed it for us. We have used Glenn Aire many times and will stick with them for their consistent service. Love this company!

I called them out to check out my system and it needed to be replaced i told them my wife had heart problems and couldn't be in the heat they offered to bring out a portable unit and set it up at no charge while waiting for the new unit to come inThe next day I got a call from Britney to let me know when to install the unit and she asked if they could do it today the installation team arrived and about 3 hous later I now have a working air conditioner no need for the portable unit due to their Fast, Professional and Caring service.

Glenn air just completed our routine service and inspection. Both our units are working perfectly.Having routine check ups on our systems lets us know that our system is working properly and gives us piece of mind. We prefer to identify and correct small issues, if any, before they turn into major repairs just when we need the system the most.The service we recieve is always professional, efficient and always on time.We cannot reccommend Glen air enough.

Nate notified me as to when he would arrive. After I took a few minutes to explain why I needed this call he was very prompt and honest about finding the problem. He fixed and corrected some settings in the thermostat. He tested it to be sure it was now working properly. He was very courteous and left within 15 minutes. I’ll request him in future appointments.

I had an issue with my heater not working during this cold weather. I woke up to a cold house and called Glenn Aire. They were respectful, informative, professional and extremely helpful!! They got my issue fixed properly and in a very timely manner. I’ve used a variety of different A/C companies in the past trying to find one that was a good one and finally found one. Glenn Aire will be my permanent company when I need hvac work done.

Had a great experience with Glenn Aire! Called at 8:00am on 1/17/25 with an hvac unit that would not run. Unit was fixed and working great by 10:00am. Wes was friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

“Nate was very nice. He led me to believe he knew what he was doing. He said the installers ran the drain line up hill and that's why it was leaking all over my floor. He tore out the plumbing, cutting a large gaping hole in my sub floor. It still leaked in the days following because of the position of the drain line in the floor drain. He also put the plumbing right in front of the filter access door, so I would never have been able to change my filter again. These are terrible rookie mistakes for a company taughting being in business for 50 years.”

“This installation has truly been a nightmare. My condensation drain has not worked properly because the installation crew had it running up hill. Then a service technician came out and redid it, but put the new plumbing right in front of the filter access, so you could not even open the flap to change and filter and it was leaking all over my foundation. I had wet carpet in my hall way for 5 days, large ugly hole cut in my sub floor of the a/c closet, and no word from a manager at Glenn Aire apologizing for this disaster.”
