Nate did an excellent job for us on our AC unit. He also wrote a quote for us to have purified air System added to our unit and we plan on doing that sometime in the near future with him? Most likely we might do it toward the end of this month. We can’t wait for him to visit us in the near future so he can actually install that system for us with the quote that he gave us. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work on our Trane AC system.

We recently decided to use Genn Aire which was a recommendation from friends. Our first issue was a control box from one of our older units. The technician, Chase, was very professional and explained everything to us. He correctly identified the problem and promptly repaired it. We just recently had to replace another unit. The installers were polite and were in and out in about 4 hours. We are very happy with our decision to use Glenn Aire. Thank you, Britanny for your help and scheduling the service.

10/10 recommend Glenn Aire for any AC/heating/duct needs! After dealing with other terrible companies sent from our home warranty, I gave them a call and SO glad I did! They were super responsive and quick to get someone out, then everyone (Nate, Luke & Matt) spent time to explain problems and outline different solutions + pros/cons of each route. Truly cannot recommend them enough and will only call Glenn Aire in the future!

The entire process was a positive experience. Brittany handled all scheduling quickly. Luke provided a fast and fair priced quote correctly sized mini split in my metal workshop. Xavier our Technician called and texted us to inform us of his ETA. Upon his arrival he greeted us and asked about the issue with our AC Compressor he then began his Diagnosis to hopefully resolve the problem. Upon his completion he informed us and showed us that his recommendation was to have the Compressor replaced as aOpposed to the cost of repairing it.I asked him to please inform his office that we would be scheduling an appointment with whomever handles the review of replacing the unit.Xavier stated that he would inform his office and that they would get in touch with us.Xavier was very professional and cordial.Employees make a great company !!

We had the pleasure of working with Luke and Wes and I've never worked with two nicer, more professional men. I was shocked when Luke ran the numbers on our system and corrected our under performing system for pennies. I assumed he would try selling me a whole new system but he was remarkably honest and I can't stop telling people about Glenn Aire now. Haha. Love it.

Our AC quit working the night before with 80 plus degree temperatures outside and trying to run fans to keep our 2 week old baby cool. Next morning I called Glenn Aire AC services for help. They said they were booked till after 5:00 pm that day. But could come after 5:00. We thought our baby would have to wait. But, Glenn Aire called right back and said, ”To help your baby, we rescheduled you in. A support technician will be there around 11:00 am instead.” We said, “Thank Jesus”. Chase Griffin arrived within the hour and did a great job in assisting me with my AC needs. It took no time at all for him to spot and replace the bad capacitor and it was immediately blowing cold air. Chase was polite and had a wealth of knowledge and gave me pointers on ways to help extend the life of my AC unit. They were so great that I decided to purchase the yearly maintenance plan

Update to review - After further discussion with our great salesperson, Luke, the review was changed to five stars. Luke called and spoke with my husband and I and clarified where there had been confusion. Further, Glenn Aire had reached out to Jordan to give the referral fee he deserved, but they were gracious and gave him not $100, but $200, the $100 we were to match as well (and still plan to). He added he was genuinely apologetic and didn’t want any bad feelings after having been referred. I appreciated it, as we all have our good and bad days, and one interaction should not detract from the overall great experience.I would recommend Glenn Aire as they went above and beyond to correct a problem, and that’s what makes one business stand out above all others. From their salesman, to their installation crew, to their follow-up when there is a problem, because of their diligence and professionalism, we will continue to do business with them without reservation.—————Overall, the experience was a good one, however, three stars was because of the customer service received after installation. Initially this company was referred to me by a great waiter (Jordan at Cristina’s Restaurant - awesome food and service in Granbury). When I called to set up a visit, the representative was kind and she said if we went with them, the referrer would get $100 and we would get $100.After the initial visit with Luke, the sales person, we decided to go with Glenn Aire. There were a few hiccups, one being the quote of the first unit. The labor was accidentally omitted, which raised the initial quote for that unit quite a bit, but we’re all human and we said we’d still move forward. We started with replacing one unit, then decided to replace another as the prior owner of the house hadn’t maintained them needing 3 of 4 units replaced in total. We had company coming in two weeks, which they were able to accommodate, and Luke was even able to locate the same color unit that would be replaced (white would have been visually distracting over the art pieces - see pic attached). The install went very well, but later when calling about the referral, Ashley was dismissive, talking over me and telling me how I was wrong and that I didn’t understand what she said. She stated that our discount was “already” in our quote. I’d reviewed the quote and there was no indication of any referral fee, perhaps that should be done in the future to decrease confusion.Nonetheless, I said that was fine, but I wanted the referrer to get the $100 and she said that if he wasn’t their customer that he wouldn’t get it. I like to understand both sides and I could have been wrong, but instead of remaining kind and being patient while I tried to clarify why he wouldn’t, she ended the conversation when questioned further, saying “bye” and hanging up. Perhaps customer service doesn’t matter after the sale and install, but this made an otherwise good experience a bad one.We stay in Granbury almost every weekend and I’ll be giving the waiter our fee and his (total of $200) this weekend. I wanted to add, during the sales visit, Luke explained the details of their annual maintenance contract. He suggested them for all 4 mini splitters, which would be roughly an additional $800+ a year (cleaning the filters, etc). After quibbling over a meager $200 referral fee, not even 3% of the total we paid, we will have to reconsider should we do any further business with them.
