“I called Glenn Aire around 6 pm ( after hours) because the temperature kept rising in our home due to the AC condenser stopped working. My family and I were suffering in the rising heat. In about 45 minutes Justin M. called saying he was on his way. In just a short time he arrived. He inspected the condenser and found a bad compressor. The compressor would have to be ordered. I called the company and only had to pay a small expedite charge to get it same day instead of waiting a week. In just hours Justin M returned with a new compressor and in just a few hours had the new compressor up and running. He was very polite, informative and thorough in completing the repair.
