I called them out to check out my system and it needed to be replaced i told them my wife had heart problems and couldn't be in the heat they offered to bring out a portable unit and set it up at no charge while waiting for the new unit to come inThe next day I got a call from Britney to let me know when to install the unit and she asked if they could do it today the installation team arrived and about 3 hous later I now have a working air conditioner no need for the portable unit due to their Fast, Professional and Caring service.

Glenn air just completed our routine service and inspection. Both our units are working perfectly.Having routine check ups on our systems lets us know that our system is working properly and gives us piece of mind. We prefer to identify and correct small issues, if any, before they turn into major repairs just when we need the system the most.The service we recieve is always professional, efficient and always on time.We cannot reccommend Glen air enough.

Nate notified me as to when he would arrive. After I took a few minutes to explain why I needed this call he was very prompt and honest about finding the problem. He fixed and corrected some settings in the thermostat. He tested it to be sure it was now working properly. He was very courteous and left within 15 minutes. I’ll request him in future appointments.

I had an issue with my heater not working during this cold weather. I woke up to a cold house and called Glenn Aire. They were respectful, informative, professional and extremely helpful!! They got my issue fixed properly and in a very timely manner. I’ve used a variety of different A/C companies in the past trying to find one that was a good one and finally found one. Glenn Aire will be my permanent company when I need hvac work done.

Had a great experience with Glenn Aire! Called at 8:00am on 1/17/25 with an hvac unit that would not run. Unit was fixed and working great by 10:00am. Wes was friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Nate did an excellent job for us on our AC unit. He also wrote a quote for us to have purified air System added to our unit and we plan on doing that sometime in the near future with him? Most likely we might do it toward the end of this month. We can’t wait for him to visit us in the near future so he can actually install that system for us with the quote that he gave us. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work on our Trane AC system.

We recently decided to use Genn Aire which was a recommendation from friends. Our first issue was a control box from one of our older units. The technician, Chase, was very professional and explained everything to us. He correctly identified the problem and promptly repaired it. We just recently had to replace another unit. The installers were polite and were in and out in about 4 hours. We are very happy with our decision to use Glenn Aire. Thank you, Britanny for your help and scheduling the service.

10/10 recommend Glenn Aire for any AC/heating/duct needs! After dealing with other terrible companies sent from our home warranty, I gave them a call and SO glad I did! They were super responsive and quick to get someone out, then everyone (Nate, Luke & Matt) spent time to explain problems and outline different solutions + pros/cons of each route. Truly cannot recommend them enough and will only call Glenn Aire in the future!

I recently started using Glenn Aire for maintenance on my three units. They have been great to deal with and the service tech, Tim is wonderful. Knowledge, thorough and very punctual. Tim spent almost three hours inspecting the three units whereas the past maintenance companies would just blow in and out.
The nicest thing was that he did not try to up sell me anything at all. Past companies would always try to sell me add-ons I really did not need.
So far, Glenn Aire, Tim and carla have been awesome and deserve FIVE STARS.

My first contact was with Carla. What a jewel she is. Discussed service contact options and then spoke with someone else. Both individuals were helpful.
My service person was Tim. He and I had an instant connection. Very thorough and friendly. I was concerned about a dry bearing sound in one of my furnaces. He took the time to take it out and lubricate. Noise was still present. He got the part covered under warranty although Glenn Aire did not do the install. Great guy. I’m convinced not to stray again.
