I called them out to check out my system and it needed to be replaced i told them my wife had heart problems and couldn't be in the heat they offered to bring out a portable unit and set it up at no charge while waiting for the new unit to come inThe next day I got a call from Britney to let me know when to install the unit and she asked if they could do it today the installation team arrived and about 3 hous later I now have a working air conditioner no need for the portable unit due to their Fast, Professional and Caring service.

Glenn air just completed our routine service and inspection. Both our units are working perfectly.Having routine check ups on our systems lets us know that our system is working properly and gives us piece of mind. We prefer to identify and correct small issues, if any, before they turn into major repairs just when we need the system the most.The service we recieve is always professional, efficient and always on time.We cannot reccommend Glen air enough.

Nate notified me as to when he would arrive. After I took a few minutes to explain why I needed this call he was very prompt and honest about finding the problem. He fixed and corrected some settings in the thermostat. He tested it to be sure it was now working properly. He was very courteous and left within 15 minutes. I’ll request him in future appointments.

I had an issue with my heater not working during this cold weather. I woke up to a cold house and called Glenn Aire. They were respectful, informative, professional and extremely helpful!! They got my issue fixed properly and in a very timely manner. I’ve used a variety of different A/C companies in the past trying to find one that was a good one and finally found one. Glenn Aire will be my permanent company when I need hvac work done.

Nate did an excellent job for us on our AC unit. He also wrote a quote for us to have purified air System added to our unit and we plan on doing that sometime in the near future with him? Most likely we might do it toward the end of this month. We can’t wait for him to visit us in the near future so he can actually install that system for us with the quote that he gave us. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work on our Trane AC system.

We recently decided to use Genn Aire which was a recommendation from friends. Our first issue was a control box from one of our older units. The technician, Chase, was very professional and explained everything to us. He correctly identified the problem and promptly repaired it. We just recently had to replace another unit. The installers were polite and were in and out in about 4 hours. We are very happy with our decision to use Glenn Aire. Thank you, Britanny for your help and scheduling the service.

10/10 recommend Glenn Aire for any AC/heating/duct needs! After dealing with other terrible companies sent from our home warranty, I gave them a call and SO glad I did! They were super responsive and quick to get someone out, then everyone (Nate, Luke & Matt) spent time to explain problems and outline different solutions + pros/cons of each route. Truly cannot recommend them enough and will only call Glenn Aire in the future!

Nathan at Glenn Aire was extremely thorough in explaining my system today. So thankful I changed companies. Excellent service.

Very Effective Air Handler Installation

The entire Glenn Aire operation is excellent. I have had the two air handlers in our house replaced. Excellent advice on unit sizing and selection was provided by Matt. The install was quick and professional, even though our attic is very cramped and difficult to work in. Bo and Nick handled the install. Cleanup was complete. A post-install review was made to insure all was done properly and to be sure we were completely satisfied.

Glenn Aire ranks as one of the very best service operations I have ever used and has my full recommendation. I keep the units under a service contract with Glenn Aire and their service team is also very professional, prompt and effective.

They saved the day. Charles and his assistant came out on a Saturday night to fix our AC, which was about to flood our new house due to water overflow issues. Informational and Efficient Maintenance Visit

Wesley came to complete our semi-annual maintenance visit. He was professional, personable and very efficient. Not only did he relocate our thermostat but took the time to teach us how to program it. He even got up into the attics through a very tiny access door to be sure that the relocated wires were properly placed.
