We had Ryan come out and service our unit last week and I was very impressed with his customer service. My kids had just gotten to the house so we had a house full and he fit right in! Extremely respectful and never once did I feel like I was being pressured on a sale or that something was wrong that “actually” wasn’t. In fact he made sure my son was there when he was going over everything with me to make sure there was an extra ear. Thank you, Ryan for such a positive experience with Glenn Aire!!!

Ryan N. came out and took a look at our system. He found several things wrong with our 23 year old system. He took video and pictures for us to see with info and pricing.He didn't pressure us to buy a new system and was able to get our system working again. We will be asking for Ryan N. by name next time for future HVAC needs.

I've been using Glenn Aire for a few years now. They are very conscious about getting a tech out in a timely manner to take care of our HVAV needs so we will be comfortable in the Texas heat. Russ was our service tech this time. He was very communicative regarding what needed to be done and took care of it. Very polite and took off he shoes. We are now feeling COOL once again. Chose Glenn Aire to come out because of all the contributions and support they provide to local community. They are a family business that cares about more than just profits. Contacted to setup annual maintenance check up, and Brittney was great to work with. She got me scheduled asap, and she went the extra mile to try and get me in sooner if an opening came up sooner. The technician called me to give me notice when he would be arriving and the ETA was spot on. Took care of everything, provided information to any questions, and gave recommendations without the hard sale approach (which I appreciate). The customer service on every level was all the sales pitch needed. I will be signing up for one of their maintenance programs going forward!

Russ was very knowledgeable and efficient, however my drain line was full not draining. I think $268.00 is a little high for blowing out drain line about six feet of evaporative drain line. Also we are in our eighties no senior discount but that is my fault for not asking before hand. The tech Russ was very polite and took time to explain what caused blockage . There are lots of people in Granbury who live without AC because they’re elderly and can’t afford repairs. Wish I could fix it for them. In Texas AC should be a necessity.

I had a new attic AC unit installed by another company. Long story short, I got up for first cup of coffee and my ceiling caved in. 60 seconds earlier it would have caved in on me. I called Glenn Aire Co.(I wasn’t calling prior Co because they came out after install and told me everything was fine). Glenn Aire arrived earlier than expected. They were kind, courteous, and cleaned up the other Co.’s mess. They answered all of my questions. I would give them 100 stars if possible and I will always use Glenn Aire in the future.

Weekend Lifesaver – Thank You, Zack & Glenn Aire!We can’t say enough great things about our experience with Zack from Glenn Aire! Our A/C stopped working on a weekend—right when we had company over—and Zack came out promptly and absolutely saved the day.He took his time and did some serious troubleshooting to get our system back up and running. He was kind, courteous, and incredibly professional. Even with a house full of guests, he was respectful, accommodating, and made the whole experience stress-free.Zack went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Justin M. came out to our house yesterday and did a fantastic job helping us. He was highly professional, an expert in his work and very personable. He was able to identify our problem (The installer, Arthur Hagar, left a manual in the equipment, right next to our furnace!). A potentially hazardous situation, but Justin identified the problem and removed it for us. We have used Glenn Aire many times and will stick with them for their consistent service. Love this company!

I called them out to check out my system and it needed to be replaced i told them my wife had heart problems and couldn't be in the heat they offered to bring out a portable unit and set it up at no charge while waiting for the new unit to come inThe next day I got a call from Britney to let me know when to install the unit and she asked if they could do it today the installation team arrived and about 3 hous later I now have a working air conditioner no need for the portable unit due to their Fast, Professional and Caring service.

“Professional and reliable. They showed up promptly and as promised. Luke came out and sized our replacement system (rather than just replacing what we had with same size equipment) and found that we were undersized with our current setup. He asked us plenty of questions to fine tune the outcome (like how cool we like it at night, etc.). He also measured the ceiling heights and windows and took current insulation into account. We felt confident in his recommendations once we saw how thorough he was.
When the team came to install the new equipment, they came on time and also cleaned up as they worked. There was no trash at our house once they were done. They cleared out a clogged drain line, installed the new heat pump unit outside and the air handling equipment in the attic and the new thermostat and then gave a detailed and easy to understand briefing on how to operate the controls. We were able to connect the new thermostat to the wifi, download the app and set up the system in no time. They also gave us tips on what settings would be best – humidity, fans settings, etc. and how to maintain the system in between maintenance service calls.
They went over the warranty and installation contract, explaining every detail and made sure we had the new owners manuals and paperwork. They follow up in a week to fine tune system operation and answer any questions we may have. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.” – Nancy S.

He sent a text to confirm timing to arrive and called when I had not answered.
Justin arrived at the expected time. He introduced himself, provided information on Glenn Aire services to review and asked about the problem we were having.
In a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose and repair the problem.
