I called them out to check out my system and it needed to be replaced i told them my wife had heart problems and couldn't be in the heat they offered to bring out a portable unit and set it up at no charge while waiting for the new unit to come inThe next day I got a call from Britney to let me know when to install the unit and she asked if they could do it today the installation team arrived and about 3 hous later I now have a working air conditioner no need for the portable unit due to their Fast, Professional and Caring service.

Glenn air just completed our routine service and inspection. Both our units are working perfectly.Having routine check ups on our systems lets us know that our system is working properly and gives us piece of mind. We prefer to identify and correct small issues, if any, before they turn into major repairs just when we need the system the most.The service we recieve is always professional, efficient and always on time.We cannot reccommend Glen air enough.

Nate notified me as to when he would arrive. After I took a few minutes to explain why I needed this call he was very prompt and honest about finding the problem. He fixed and corrected some settings in the thermostat. He tested it to be sure it was now working properly. He was very courteous and left within 15 minutes. I’ll request him in future appointments.

I had an issue with my heater not working during this cold weather. I woke up to a cold house and called Glenn Aire. They were respectful, informative, professional and extremely helpful!! They got my issue fixed properly and in a very timely manner. I’ve used a variety of different A/C companies in the past trying to find one that was a good one and finally found one. Glenn Aire will be my permanent company when I need hvac work done.

Nate did an excellent job for us on our AC unit. He also wrote a quote for us to have purified air System added to our unit and we plan on doing that sometime in the near future with him? Most likely we might do it toward the end of this month. We can’t wait for him to visit us in the near future so he can actually install that system for us with the quote that he gave us. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work on our Trane AC system.

We recently decided to use Genn Aire which was a recommendation from friends. Our first issue was a control box from one of our older units. The technician, Chase, was very professional and explained everything to us. He correctly identified the problem and promptly repaired it. We just recently had to replace another unit. The installers were polite and were in and out in about 4 hours. We are very happy with our decision to use Glenn Aire. Thank you, Britanny for your help and scheduling the service.

10/10 recommend Glenn Aire for any AC/heating/duct needs! After dealing with other terrible companies sent from our home warranty, I gave them a call and SO glad I did! They were super responsive and quick to get someone out, then everyone (Nate, Luke & Matt) spent time to explain problems and outline different solutions + pros/cons of each route. We had a new heat pump and air handler installed by Glenn Aire last April 2014.They did great work and were out by the end of the day. I purchased the dual compressor model that is supposed work less at lower temps in the hot weather. From Apr. to Dec. 2015 we used 2471 kilowatts less than we did the previous Apr. Dec. 2014. About $220.00 less for that time period.

Would highly recommend them. Matt did a great job explaining what we were getting and how every thing would go down.

An Effort to Save us Money

I was very impressed today. Not only did Glenn Aire have both parts we needed in stock, but they sent Tim to take care of us. He was courteous, efficient and in roughly an hour, he was pleased to inform me he’d discovered we had three months remaining on a ten-year warranty. Tim saved us $1,600 he said with a smile. Thanks Glenn Aire! We respect good honest work in our neck of the woods.

Amazing Heat Pump/Air Cleaner Installation

Brian just completed the installation of a complex heat pump/air cleaner system in my residence. His workmanship was far superior than what I expected, and I am extremely satisfied. He displayed a very professional demeanor and true behavior as a gentleman. I am very demanding as a customer and Brian met that issue. In 1.5 days of intense labor, I did not locate any discrepancies in the installation and he left the work site cleaner than when he arrived!

Brian is a professional in his field of employment and an asset to his employer.
