They sent a tech out that day, he quickly diagnosed the problem and discussed a path forward. Probably wouldn’t find parts for a unit that old, I agreed, so they searched for a new unit. “The service tech, Nate, arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job. He filled me in on everything he did and how it was operating. I had asked him to include a checkup of the home UV air cleaning system we had installed as well. He reported everything was working correctly and up to specs. All in all, a very good experience.
