As he worked through the task list on our HVAC unit he discovered a system pluggage within one critical line; this required the work of a plumber. After a few short days, Russ returned, approved of the plumbing correction, completed the job required, installed a new thermostat, tested & was on his way to his next assignment. Russ was personable, professional, informative & is a good representative for his company.”
