“Late Friday afternoon in July our A/C quit putting out cold air. A quick call to Whitney at Glenn Aire promised a response with the reminder that all scheduled appts were in progress and she couldn't guarantee service before 5pm and the possibility of an after-hours call. Chase showed up at 4:30pm (whew), and found that a capacitor had failed prevented power to the compressor. A quick replacement and everything was back up and running. Glenn Aire has always been there for us since we built the house in 1995. We never consider calling anyone else. And Chase is obviously part of the team because he's polite, quick and thorough as are all of the technicians.”
