“Wes did a great job with the semi-annual maintenance of our heat pumps. The heat exchangers were spotless, the performance checked and proper operation was verified. He lowered the position of the water detectors in the secondaries so we get quicker notice of a clogged system. Along with the other checks I’m sure that the units are set to work well in to the fall. Wes was courteous and caring in how he approached the job and in working with us. The annual service agreement seems well worth it with all of the benefits included. I’m a satisfied customer.”
