“Russ got here on time and asked me questions about the performance of our HVAC unit to make sure he covered any issues we may have been having. He was courteous, professional, and personable. He then got to work on our HVAC unit and checked it over very thoroughly, as well as our whole house air purifier we had Glenn Aire install earlier. Once finished, he make sure everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was. Russ provided a full report on how everything was performing and made recommendations with regard to any potential future needs. All in all, a very good experience. Well done!!”
