“I wasn’t sure if my heat pumps’ pollen bulb was working because I was having a serious reaction to the grass pollen and mold. He checked my entire system and determined that the bulb wasn’t as efficient as it should be and recommended I get a second one to place inside the heat pump itself. He explained several things I didn’t understand and showed me how to better operate my thermostat. Nate is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient! Thanks very much!!”

“I had a PTAC unit in my shop office that existed when we bought the property (21 yrs old). It quit heating, I googled HVAC companies and chose Glenn Aire. I’m glad that I did. They sent a tech out that day, he quickly diagnosed the problem and discussed a path forward. Probably wouldn’t find parts for a unit that old, I agreed, so they searched for a new unit. As soon as they found one, they sent out their installer. All of the employees I dealt with were very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience.”
