He arrived on time, made sure I knew what he was doing, installed the air quality item quickly, make sure it was working, informed me of this, answered all my questions, took care to make sure all was cleaned up, and left. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. All in all, a very good experience. The air quality item which was installed into our HVAC unit seems to be working very well as both my wife and I have noticed we are coughing less and less congested. So that was a good choice to have it installed, a dust free active air purifier.”
