They sent a tech out that day, he quickly diagnosed the problem and discussed a path forward. Probably wouldn’t find parts for a unit that old, I agreed, so they searched for a new unit. As soon as they found one, they sent out their installer. All of the employees I dealt with were very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience.”
