“Well you all know when it hot out there goes the AC and that's what happened last 🌙 night. Called GLENN AIRE @ 11:06pm the lady put me on Urgent. When I called GLENN AIRE this morning the office lady said she saw that I called and I would be getting a call from the tech. Russ called @12:07 and would be here in 10min. At 12: 45 he was done and we are now enjoying AC.”

I called in and reported the problem.
Russ promptly called me back and was at my house in 10 minutes.
He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, replaced the part and fixed my air conditioner.
