He did not have slippers to go over his shoes so he came in stocking
-footed to protect my flooring. He changed all the filters then went up to the indoor unit and diagnosed that I had mold on my wires. Therefore, we discussed the solution with a system to kill the mold and clean the wires. He was very patient and thorough the steps it will take to rid the unit of mold. Thank you, Chris, for repairing my unit that will prevent buying a new system down the road.
