He tore out the plumbing, cutting a large gaping hole in my sub floor. It still leaked in the days following because of the position of the drain line in the floor drain. He also put the plumbing right in front of the filter access door, so I would never have been able to change my filter again. These are terrible rookie mistakes for a company taughting being in business for 50 years.”

“This installation has truly been a nightmare. My condensation drain has not worked properly because the installation crew had it running up hill. Then a service technician came out and redid it, but put the new plumbing right in front of the filter access, so you could not even open the flap to change and filter and it was leaking all over my foundation. I had wet carpet in my hall way for 5 days, large ugly hole cut in my sub floor of the a/c closet, and no word from a manager at Glenn Aire apologizing for this disaster.”
