“Nate was very nice. He led me to believe he knew what he was doing. He said the installers ran the drain line up hill and that's why it was leaking all over my floor. He tore out the plumbing, cutting a large gaping hole in my sub floor. It still leaked in the days following because of the position of the drain line in the floor drain. He also put the plumbing right in front of the filter access door, so I would never have been able to change my filter again. These are terrible rookie mistakes for a company taughting being in business for 50 years.”

“I appreciated the fact that they came out the same day. Unacceptable that a new unit is not a year old and had to have them come out 4 times. Maybe they need to look into that brand. Otherwise always courteous on the phone and in person. I like that the same technician comes out each time. That person knows what the history of the unit is.”
