“Providing separate rating for company (gave 5 stars for technician) – d/t being presented a bill for a $5 fuel surcharge during a biannual ($800/ year) maintenance visit? When I called office to complain I was told – “we’ve always had that charge on your invoices but you our technician always removed it??? This is a standard business practice???”
