“Dmytro performed troubleshooting on our multizone system and tracked the problem down to a duct design problem. To do that, he had to rule out any other possible problems and verify that the entire system, otherwise, was working within specifications. Dimitro was correct, and at a later date, a 2nd duct & louver was installed in a zone. The air balance was confirmed by anemometer and testing.
